Patricia Hanna
Patricia Hanna, President of Hanna Associates, has successfully identified candidates for clients in a broad range of industries and functional areas. She personally conducts each search, often supplementing her efforts with an experienced research associate.
Patricia's career includes two decades of consulting with executives to assess organization needs, define job specifications, and create recruiting strategies that support business plans. Prior to establishing Hanna Associates in 1997, Patricia spent nine years in human resources management with a Fortune 500 Company where she had global responsibility for the employment, management development, and succession planning functions. Previously, she worked for a nationally recognized search firm, building a technical recruiting practice.
Patricia earned a bachelors degree from the University of Iowa and completed postgraduate work in human resources at the Keller Graduate School of Management. Continuing education includes professsional development in succession planning, executive assessment and organizational development.
